You add files in the Ingest step of Project Setup. Files are optional, but they save you typing: Eydora parses them and pre-fills your answers on the next step.

Upload files

  1. Open your project and go to Project Setup, then Ingest (step 2).

  2. Click Click here to add a file, or drag one in, or drag files onto that area.

  3. Each file appears in the list with its name, type, size, status, and upload date. Wait for the status to show Ready.

  4. Click Next: Clarify. Your files are parsed on the way.

Added the wrong file? Click the X on its row to remove it.

Supported formats

PDF, Word, PowerPoint, and text: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx, and .txt. Web pages (HTML) aren't supported. Provide visual or design material as a PDF or PowerPoint.

What helps most

  • Customer feedback, reviews, or interviews

  • Pitch deck or business plan

  • Product or service description

  • Competitor notes or benchmarks

  • Brand or marketing assets

  • Exports from Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini

More material means fewer gaps for you to fill.

Adding files later

After you buy a package, you go back through setup and can add more before the full run. After a run has finished, use Add documents & re-run on the Modules tab. See "Can I re-run a single module?"
