Eydora produces seven deliverables: five reports and two canvases. Which ones you get depends on your package, and each one needs a certain number of modules to have run.
Reports
Insight Report (Executive Insight and up, needs 3 modules): core findings on what people choose and reject. This is the executive summary (previously called the 2-Page Executive): a concise briefing of the critical insights, decision criteria, opportunities, risks, and recommended actions. Works as a stand-alone decision briefing for boards, executives, investors, or clients. See "How is the Insight Report organised?"
Slides (Strategic Intelligence and up, needs 5 modules): a presentation-ready deck of the analysis, findings, and recommendations. Slides can be delivered without Eydora identification.
Full-Text Report (Strategic Intelligence and up, needs 5 modules): the complete long-form analysis and reasoning. It can run to hundreds of pages depending on the project, and serves as one complete source of truth for your teams.
Pitch Deck (Capital Readiness, needs 7 modules): the investor-facing case for the opportunity. This is the strategic content and recommended narrative for a pitch deck, not the designed deck itself.
Team Briefs (Capital Readiness, needs 7 modules): role-specific findings, priorities, risks, and next steps for each function, from leadership and product to finance, marketing, and legal.
Canvases
Psycho-Aesthetics® Canvas (Executive Insight and up, needs 3 modules): a one-page map of the human motivations and emotional drivers behind adoption, placing your concept directions on the Psycho-Aesthetics grid. Verified students get it free with their trial, after Modules 1 and 2, and on student accounts it also appears at the top of the Reports tab with a Download Canvas (PDF) button.
Business Canvas (Strategic Intelligence and up, needs 5 modules): a one-page view of the customer, market, value proposition, business model, economics, risks, and growth strategy. Together, the two canvases cover the human and the business side of the opportunity.
