The Projects page lists every project you have. Use the controls above the list to find what you need.

Active and Archived

Switch between Active and Archived with the tabs on the left. Archived projects stay there and can be restored any time.

Search

Type in Search projects to filter by project name.

Filter by status

Use the status menu (All statuses) to show only projects that are Running, Ready to run, Draft, Needs attention, or Complete.

Sort

Choose Newest first or Name A to Z.

Grid or list

Click the view button at the right of the controls to switch between grid and list.

What the status line on each card means

  • Draft · not run yet: set up but the free trial hasn't run.

  • Free trial done · sample ready: your sample is on the Reports tab. Students see sample + canvas ready.

  • Package bought · ready to run: you've paid; open the project and run the full analysis.

  • Running Module [N] · [X] of [Y] done: a run is in progress.

  • Updating with new files: a re-run with new documents is in progress.

  • Run failed at Module [N] · resume to continue: open the project and resume from the Modules tab.

  • [X] of [Y] modules · paused: the run stopped partway.

  • Complete · [N] of [N]: every module in your package has run. If you've re-run, it adds how many times.

Rename or archive a project

Click the ⋯ menu on a project card and choose Rename or Remove (archive). To bring an archived project back, open the Archived tab and choose Restore from the same menu.
