What if a report doesn't look right?

Retry a failed report, check whether it's locked or the wrong version, and fix the inputs if the content is off.

If a report looks wrong, work through these in order.

1. It failed to generate

If the report shows Hit a problem, nothing was lost, click Retry on it. Reports generate one at a time, so the others aren't affected.

2. It's locked

A locked report is either not in your package or waiting for the modules to finish. See "Why is a report locked?"

3. You're looking at the wrong version

If you've re-run the project, check which run you're viewing on the Reports tab.

4. The content is off

Reports are built from your Brief answers and files. The most common cause of an off-target report is an answer that was misread or left out. Check Project Setup, especially What are you working on? and What are you trying to accomplish?

To fix it, correct your answers or add files, then re-run the project from the Modules tab. Each project includes 3 re-runs, and your earlier reports are kept. See "Can I re-run a single module?"

5. Still not right?

Click DORA in the bottom right corner of the app or email [email protected] with the project name, which report, and the run number, and we'll take a look.
