The executive summary is the decisions-first read of your analysis. In the app it's called the Insight Report (previously the 2-Page Executive). Open it from the Reports tab with Preview, Open in tab, or Download. Your free trial sample shows the start of it, and the full version comes with every package.
It covers every module that ran on your project, condensing each one.
The nine sections
Each module follows the same nine sections:
The position, up front. The recommended position and the governing rule, stated before any reasoning.
Five strategic insights. The findings that matter most, condensed.
What this module is establishing. What this stage contributes, split across what to establish now, what to keep open, and what to deliver for the next phase.
Lead opportunity and portfolio logic. Where the strongest opening sits and how the options relate to each other.
What every concept must prove. The bar any direction has to clear.
Decisions to make now. The calls that are open and waiting on you.
Key risks and what de-risks them. Paired, so each risk arrives with a response rather than as a warning on its own.
Immediate workplan and handoff. What happens next and what passes to the following stage.
Evidence posture and use terms. How far the evidence reaches, and the licensing terms.
If you only read one section
Read section 6. It isolates the decisions that are genuinely open, rather than the ones the analysis has already settled.
Statements carry evidence labels such as working synthesis and governing rule. See "What do the evidence labels in my report mean?" and "What does this term in my report mean?"
