The full report covers every module that ran on your project, in sequence. Each module is self-contained and follows a shared spine, with module-specific sections in the middle.

The shared spine

Every module opens with:

  1. Executive position. The call, before the reasoning.

  2. Mandate and boundary. What this module covers and deliberately does not.

  3. Framework. The structure being applied.

  4. Evidence posture. What is solid, what is inferred, what is still open.

Every module closes with some combination of recommendations and next actions, the risk, assumption and dependency register, dashboard evidence basis, area summaries, and a quality, honesty and license note.

So for a fast answer, read the executive position at the top. For what to do about it, go to recommendations and next actions near the bottom.
