If you know what you want but not where it sits, start here. In this index, "executive summary" means your Insight Report.

By question

  • The recommended call. Insight Report section 1, or the executive position at the top of any module in the Full-Text Report.

  • The headline findings. Insight Report section 2, five strategic insights.

  • What is still undecided. Insight Report section 6, and Team Brief section 6.

  • Risks. Insight Report section 7, and the risk, assumption and dependency register near the end of each module.

  • What is solid versus inferred. The evidence posture section, fourth in each module of the Full-Text Report.

  • What needs testing or proving. Insight Report section 5, Team Brief section 5, and the validation program in Module 3.

  • What to do next. Recommendations and next actions, near the end of each module.

  • A 30-day plan. Module 5.

  • Who decides what. Gate card and decision rights in Module 5, and the governance and ownership sections elsewhere.

  • What my team owns. Team Brief section 1.

  • Constraints set by other teams. Team Brief section 3.

  • The one-line takeaway for a team. Team Brief section 7.

  • Outstanding evidence gaps. Evidence request register in Module 6.

  • Licensing and use terms. Insight Report section 9, the quality and license note closing each module, and the license page in each Team Brief.

By subject

The subject tells you which module to look in:

  • Module 1. Categories and definitions. The shared framework. Design principles and what is non-negotiable. Journeys and moments of truth. Opportunity territories and pathway hypotheses.

  • Module 2. Market scope, sizing, regions and channels. Personas and priority audiences. White space, saturation and underserved territory. The ranked opportunity shortlist.

  • Module 3. Concept comparison and scoring. Attractors and desire patterns. Validation and the Alpha to Beta to MVP loop. Regulatory posture and labeling.

  • Module 4. Assembly, tooling, suppliers and capacity. Expansion sequencing. Pricing and margin strategy.

  • Module 5. Cash, runway, burn and capital allocation. Scenarios and valuation. Decision rights.

  • Module 6. Compliance monitoring and IP defence. Post-launch signals and experiments.

  • Module 7. Naming and brand architecture. Packaging, color, materials and iconography. Messaging, voice and tone, claims. Campaign sequencing and KPIs.

Outputs refer to modules as M1 through M7. A section marked "M2 · M3" draws on both. Which modules your reports cover depends on your package.

By format

  • The full reasoning behind anything. Full-Text Report.

  • A decisions-first read. Insight Report.

  • Something to present. Slides.

  • An investor narrative. Pitch Deck.

  • A business model view. Business Canvas.

  • The human need behind your concept. Psycho-Aesthetics® Canvas.

  • One discipline's working instructions. That discipline's Team Brief.

A note on page numbers

Reports are generated per project, so length varies and page numbers are not stable between projects. Section names and module numbers are stable, which is why this index uses those instead.
