How do I buy a package?

Buy from beside your free sample, from the Modules or Reports tab, or from the Packages page. Then confirm your brief and run.

A package is always bought for one specific project, and you pay right inside the app. There's no separate checkout page. Most people buy on the project's Reports tab right after reading their free sample, but there are a few ways in, covered below.

The usual way: from your free sample

1. Read your sample

Run your free trial first (see "How do I start the analysis?"). When it finishes, the Reports tab shows your sample Insight Report on the left and the package picker on the right, under Want the full answer? Pick a package. The sample is saved to the project, so you can leave and come back whenever you're ready.

2. Choose a package

Bigger packages include everything in the smaller ones, and each package covers this one project.

  • Executive Insight: $500 intro price (regular $750). Runs Modules 1 to 3. Includes the Insight Report and Psycho-Aesthetics® Canvas.

  • Strategic Intelligence: $750 intro price (regular $1,500). Runs Modules 1 to 5. Adds Slides, the Full-Text Report, and the Business Canvas.

  • Capital Readiness: $1,000 intro price (regular $2,500). Runs Modules 1 to 7. Adds the Pitch Deck and Team Briefs.

Click a package to open it. You'll see the reports it turns your sample into, and a price breakdown: the regular price, the intro discount, and the amount Due today. Hover How packages work + for a quick summary of the terms.

Not sure which to pick? Click Help me choose. It describes three development stages (Define and choose, Build the business case, and Fund, launch and scale) and marks the matching package as Under consideration. You can still pick any package. See "Which package is right for me?"

3. Pay

  1. In the open package, enter your card number, expiry date (MM/YY), and CVC.

  2. Click Pay [amount] and run Modules 1 to [N].

It's a one-time payment, not a subscription, and it covers this project.

4. Confirm your brief, then run

After you pay, you're brought straight back to the project's Project Setup, with a Payment received banner. It reminds you the free trial only ran Module 1, and lists the reports your package includes. Go through Brief, Ingest, and Clarify once more. This is the best moment to add files or fix answers based on what the trial taught you, because the full run is built on them. Changing things later uses up one of your 3 re-runs.

On the Clarify step, click Run the full analysis (Modules 1 to [N]). Every module in your package runs in order, starting again from Module 1. A full run takes a couple of hours, and you can close the tab while it runs.

If you leave before running, your project shows Package bought · ready to run on the Projects page. Open it any time to pick up where you left off.

5. Get your reports

When the run finishes, every report in your package is generated automatically. Go to the Reports tab to preview and download them. See "How do I download a report?"

Other ways to buy

From the Modules or Reports tab

On a project without a package, Pick a package appears on the Modules tab and at the top of the Reports tab. Locked reports also show Pick a package. All of these take you to the same package picker on the Reports tab, and the steps are the same as above.

From the Packages page

Click Packages in the top bar to compare all three packages side by side, with a table showing which reports each includes. Select a package, then:

  • If you have a free trial project in progress, the button reads Pay [amount] and run Modules 1 to [N], and the package goes on that project. You're taken to its Project Setup to confirm and run, as above.

  • Otherwise, the button reads Buy [amount]: [package]. Because a package covers one project, you're asked to apply it to a project. Pick a project you've started that doesn't have a package yet, or choose Start a new project. You're then taken to that project's Project Setup to fill in or confirm your brief and run.

Skip the free trial (returning customers)

If you've bought a package on a project before, new projects give you a choice on the first setup step: Buy a package for this project now and run it for real right away, or run Module 1 free first. Buying now takes you to the package picker.

The demo project

There's nothing to buy on the demo project. To buy, click Try it with my files, run the free trial on your own project, and pick a package there.

Student pricing

Verified students buy the same packages the same ways, at 80% off: $100, $150, and $200. Students can start one new project per quarter, so if you've used this quarter's project and have no project waiting for a package, you'll see One project per quarter instead of the project picker. See "Eydora for Students".

Already bought a package?

You can move up to a bigger one later on the same project and pay only the difference. See "How do I upgrade my package?"
